Q.) I love your collars!  How do I buy one?

Include: The desired product, Your dog's neck size, the desired color(s) and embroidery and we will get back to you with a price and turnaround time quote.

Q.) HELP!  I recieved my coursing collar, but I can't figure out how it works!

A.) We have both written instructions and a video on the Lure Coursing Slip Lead page here on our website.  If you are still having trouble shoot us an email at TheBarkingRoom@gmail.com    

Q.) Where do you get your collars? Can I bring you my Collar/Harness/Dog Hat for embroidery?

A.) We custom make every collar to fit your dog.  If you have an existing item you would like embroidered please contact us to discuss pricing.   

Q.) Can you make a [Insert Dream Item Here]?

A.) We have created many custom products from flyball harnesses, training vests, treat pouches, all the way up to weight pull harnesses.  Give us a call or email and we can bring your dream to life!

Q.) I don't have a dog, but I would like you to embroider something for me.  Do you do that?

A.) Yes!  We can embroider towels, pillowcases, table cloths, and pretty much anything we can fit into the machine!  

Q.) Can you embroider my logo?

A.) Yes!  We can embroider logos if the client provides us with a .vp3 file of the graphic/logo or the font name (if the logo is just words).  Otherwise there is a $250 digitizing fee and a $65/hr set up fee with a 1 hour minimum to recreate your logo in our software.  The digitizing and set up fees are not refundable.  Please note that not all logos can be resized to fit your desired product.  We will let you know before you are charged if a logo will work for your project.
